One Stop Electronics Repair Shop LLC provides professional diagnostics and repair services for a wide range of devices, including gaming consoles, desktop computers, laptops, and various other electronic equipment. We utilize specialized tools and techniques to ensure high-quality results for every repair.
All mail-in repairs are granted Priority Status upon arrival at our facility, moving them to the front of the standard repair queue.
We stand by a No Fix, No Fee policy for labor. If we cannot find a solution or the device is beyond repair, you won’t be charged for the technical work.
Note: We currently do not service Apple iPhones, iPads, other smartphones, or TVs larger than 40".
All repair quotes are estimates until final diagnosis is complete. Mandatory cleaning fees for infested devices are additional and non-refundable. Full payment is due upon completion and prior to device release unless otherwise agreed.
While we offer a No Fix, No Fee labor policy, customers remain responsible for non-refundable costs including Special-Order Parts, Shipping/Insurance, and Pest Cleaning Fees.
Liability: One Stop Electronics Repair Shop LLC is not responsible for devices lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance and tracking for the full value of your device.
Costs: All shipping fees to and from our facility are the sole responsibility of the customer. This applies to all initial repairs as well as any future warranty claims.
Packaging & Security: Customers must use secure packaging to protect their devices. One Stop Electronics Repair Shop LLC is not liable for damage resulting from insufficient or improper packaging. Please include your name and contact information inside the box. Do not include cash, power cables, controllers, games, or any other unattached peripherals unless specifically requested for diagnosis. It is the customer's responsibility to remove all the discs and external storage (SD cards, USB drives) before shipping; One Stop Electronics Repair Shop LLC is not responsible for any currency, media, or additional items sent with the device.

One Stop Electronics Repair Shop LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, data loss, or issues that may occur due to device condition or prior repair attempts.
Data backup is the sole responsibility of the customer. While we take precautions, One Stop Electronics Repair Shop LLC does not guarantee data integrity and is not liable for any loss of data, software, or files during the diagnostic or repair process. For your privacy, we recommend removing sensitive data or setting up a temporary guest account before service whenever possible.
One Stop Electronics Repair Shop LLC provides a 90-day limited warranty on specific repair services and parts provided. This warranty is strictly limited to defects in the materials used and the quality of the labor performed. It does not cover unrelated hardware failures. All warranty claims are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to determine if a failure is due to a defect or new physical damage.
Any device not picked up and paid for within 120 days of the date we notify you (via phone, text, or email) that the service is complete shall be deemed abandoned. One Stop Electronics Repair Shop LLC reserves the right to sell, recycle, or otherwise dispose of abandoned devices to recover costs, without further notice or liability to the customer.
While we take every precaution to handle your device with care, One Stop Electronics Repair Shop LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. In the event that a device is lost or damaged beyond repair due to our direct negligence, our total liability is limited to the current fair market value of the device in its pre-repair condition. We are not responsible for any sentimental value or software/data loss.
