General Services

What devices do you repair?+
If it has a pulse (or a circuit board), we can likely fix it! We specialize in the complex board-level repairs that most big-box stores won't even attempt. From custom gaming rigs and industrial equipment to unique vintage electronics—if it’s powered by wires and circuits, we can likely find a solution.

Please Note: We currently do not service Apple iPhones, iPads, other smartphones, or TVs larger than 40".
Do you offer shipping on repairs?+
Absolutely! We accept shipped repairs from anywhere. Please note that shipping costs and insurance are the customer's responsibility; we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Pro Tip: Mail-in repairs automatically get Priority Status once they arrive, so there’s no need to pay for expedited service tiers!
Do you offer on-site repairs or pick-ups?+
Yes! For large or industrial equipment that’s too heavy to move, we can come to you. We also offer a convenient pick-up and drop-off service for smaller items.

How it works: All on-site visits and transport are subject to a service fee. This fee is calculated based on the device type, the complexity of the issue, and travel costs (gas and time). If the repair requires multiple trips for parts or off-site testing, those will be factored into the final estimate so there are no surprises.
Do I need an appointment?+
Yes and no! Because we operate out of a private residence, we aren't a "walk-in" storefront. However, we are available nearly 24/7. Just call, text, or email us first to get the address and make sure we’re ready for you. Once you touch base, you’re welcome to swing by whenever it’s convenient!

The Repair Process

How long do repairs take?+
Depending on the issue, parts, and service speed, most repairs are completed within 2–72 hours.
Do you offer rush or expedited repairs?+
We know life doesn't stop because your tech did. Whether you have a gaming marathon tonight, a class, or a busy workday ahead, we've got you covered with three service tiers:
  • Same Day Express: 2 hours (same-day return)
  • Next Day Priority: 24 hours
  • Standard: 2–3 days
What happens if my device can't be fixed?+
We stand by a No Fix, No Fee policy for labor. If we cannot find a solution or the device is beyond repair, you won’t be charged for technical work. Check out Section 1 of our Terms of Service.
Will my data be safe?+
We take your privacy seriously. We never access your personal files or data unless it is strictly necessary for the repair (such as testing a hard drive). While we take every precaution to protect your information, we always recommend backing up your data before any repair, just to be safe.

Payment & Pricing

When do I pay?+
You only pay once the job is done! We don’t require payment upfront for labor. Once your device is repaired and tested, we’ll contact you via phone, text or email with your final total and payment instructions.

Please Note: If a special-order part is required, we may ask for the cost of that specific part before ordering.
How can I pay for my repair?+
We offer several convenient ways to pay! We currently accept Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. While we love the convenience of mobile apps, cash is always preferred and fastest method for local pickups.

Please Note: For mail-in repairs, payments must be fully cleared before we ship your device back to you.
Do you offer any discounts?+
We strive to keep our rates fair for our community. We currently offer a 10% labor discount for:
  • Military & Students: Active duty, veterans, and students with a valid ID.
  • Referrals: When you send a new customer our way!
Bundle Repairs: If a single person brings in multiple devices at once, we are happy to offer a reduced "bundle rate" on the total labor.

Flexible Solutions: If you are concerned about the total cost, please let us know upfront. Our team is ready to work with you to find a solution that fits your needs and ensures you get a fair price for a quality repair.

Warranty & Logistics

Do your repairs come with a warranty?+
Yes! All repairs are backed by a 90-day limited warranty on parts and labor. For full details on coverage and exclusions (such as accidental damage or tampering), please see Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
How long do I have to pick up my device?+
We will hold your repaired device for up to 120 days after notifying you the service is complete. After 120 days, the device is considered abandoned. See Section 7 of our Terms of Service for our full policy on unclaimed items.
What should I include in the box?+
Please send only the device that needs repair. Unless we specifically request a power cable or controller to help diagnose a connection issue, please leave all accessories at home.

It is the customer's responsibility to remove all discs, SD cards, and USB drives before shipping. To help us stay organized, remember to include your name and contact info inside the box—and please, no cash!
